This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be read alongside the Terms. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing. It applies to every order you place with us.

What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?

We use flat, predictable shipping rates by region. In some cases, an external fulfiller may manage inventory and dispatch your order on our behalf.

How Can I Track My Order?

When your parcel leaves our facility at 175 E Markison Ave, Columbus, OH 43207, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to begin updating, especially for international routes that pass through customs.

If your Standard Shipping parcel hasn’t been delivered by the timelines below, please contact support:

  • United States: Not delivered within 10 business days after ship date

  • International (EU/UK/CA/AU): Not delivered within 14 business days after ship date

Order in Queue

After payment is posted, your order sits in a 12-hour change window before it is submitted to fulfillment. During these 12 hours you can change size, color, quantity, or cancel. Once the window closes, processing begins and we may not be able to modify or cancel.

Can I Ship the Order to Multiple Addresses?

We ship one order to one destination. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Shipping Country Restrictions

We currently ship only to: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, Portugal.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or certain remote territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and some island regions in Europe or Australia). Please use a residential or business street address for secure delivery.

Orders outside the 10 countries above cannot be processed at this time.

Taxes and Customs Duties

Pricing is transparent: the amount shown at checkout is the total you pay. Pioragap covers import duties, VAT, and customs clearance for the supported countries listed above, so you won’t be billed extra on delivery.

All items are manufactured, printed, and shipped from the United States.

Processing & Delivery Times

Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) for final quality checks and packing.

Estimated Delivery:

  • United States: 5–6 business days

  • Europe & United Kingdom: 6–8 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 7–10 business days

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day; orders placed after 2:00 PM ET begin processing the next business day

Fashion Shipping & Packaging

Garments are folded in protective polybags or tissue, then packed in branded mailers or boxes. Care instructions are included. Accessories (caps, totes, socks, etc.) are individually wrapped to prevent scuffs.

Damaged or Lost Goods

  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the item and packaging. After review, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

  • Lost in transit: If delivery exceeds the timelines in Tracking or tracking hasn’t updated for 7 consecutive days, reach out. If the carrier confirms loss, we’ll replace the order at no cost or refund in full.

How to Speed Up Shipping

  • Provide complete and valid payment information.

  • Enter an accurate, complete street address (include unit/suite if applicable).

  • We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided at checkout or for parcels returned to sender due to address issues.

  • If you ask the final-mile carrier to redirect/forward your parcel after dispatch, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage resulting from the reroute.

Canceling an Order

You can cancel any order that hasn’t been processed or shipped—please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is handed to the carrier, cancellation isn’t available. After delivery, you may use our Return & Refund Policy.
