At Sunyeeg, we stand behind the quality and fit of our printed apparel and accessories. If your order isn’t right, we provide a clear, fair path to return or refund. This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

General Conditions for Returns

To keep returns fair and hygienic for apparel, these rules apply in all supported regions:

  • Return Window: Submit your request within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags/labels attached. Items with wear, stains, fragrances, deodorant/cosmetic marks, or alterations are not eligible.

  • Packaging: Return items in their original packaging (branded polybags, tissue, accessories like spare buttons/straps). If you no longer have original packaging, use secure packaging at your own cost.

  • Proof of Purchase: Include your order number, invoice, or order confirmation.

  • Non-Eligible Cases: Washed, worn, or altered items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Procedures by Case

A. Returns Due to Sunyeeg’s Fault

We take responsibility when:

  • Damaged in Transit: Tears, stains, or harm caused during shipping.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Faulty seams, broken zippers, misaligned prints.

  • Wrong Item Shipped: Incorrect size, color, style, or design.

Costs & Options

  • Return is free with a prepaid label (pickup arranged where available).

  • You may choose Replacement (subject to stock) or a Full refund, including the original shipping fee you paid.

B. General Returns (Change of Mind / Size Didn’t Work)

  • Eligibility: Return within 30 days; item unused/unwashed/unworn; tags intact.

  • Shipping Costs: Paid by the customer (non-refundable). Use a tracked service and keep your receipt.

  • Inspection: Once received, our team checks condition. Items that pass inspection qualify for refund.

  • Refund Amount: Product price only (original shipping is not refunded).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift Cards (digital or physical)

  • Final Sale/Clearance items (sold “as is”)

  • Used/Washed/Altered Apparel (any visible wear, tailoring, perfume/cosmetic marks)

  • Custom or Personalized Products (e.g., custom prints/embroidery/made-to-order) unless defective

Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • For defects/damage: clear photos or a short video showing the issue

Step 2: Get Instructions
Within 1–2 business days, we’ll reply with return directions. If it’s our fault, we’ll also send a prepaid return label.

Step 3: Pack & Send

Refund Processing

  • Timing: We initiate refunds within 7 business days after your return arrives and passes inspection.

  • Method: Refunded in USD to your original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.). Store credit available upon request.

  • Notification: We’ll email you once the refund is processed.

  • Bank Timelines: Your bank or card provider may take up to 7 additional business days to release funds.

  • Restocking Fees: None. Approved returns receive the full eligible amount.

Transit Estimates:

  • United States: 5–6 business days

  • Europe & United Kingdom (FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT/UK): 6–8 business days

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST start processing the same business day; orders placed after 2:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
