How an order moves. After checkout, orders placed before 2:00 PM EST enter same-day processing. A garment is picked from shelf stock, checked again for stitching and print alignment, then packed in a protective mailer or box with care tips. A tracking link is emailed when the carrier scans the parcel. Standard delivery estimates are 5–6 business days in the United States, and Canada. Sunyeeg follows a clear 30-day return policy; if Sunyeeg ships the wrong item or an item arrives damaged, Sunyeeg covers the return and issues a replacement or refund after inspection.
